Esther Brant is a doctoral prepared healthcare professional with an extensive diverse experience. She has over 35 years of nursing, in acute-care hospital, Long-term care, assisted living, home health, and community colleges. In acute -care some of her experiences include specialized in emergency nursing for 17 years, critical care, medical-surgical, pediatric, cardiac care, mental health, utilization review, managed care, and nurse education manager. In addition, Dr. Brant has worked as a director of nursing in Long-term care, and hospice and palliative care, and staff development coordinator in long-term care.

Working in leadership capacity, she has been responsible for the supervision and oversight of nursing and clinical operations, the education of staff, and ensuring that quality standards of care are adhered to. Dr. Brant is aware of the importance of providing effective quality care to clients. She has been involved in, consulting with the executive team, preparing corrective action reports, educating staff on nursing standards, and best-practices, and preparing for state regulatory visits.  

As a legal Nurse Consultant (LNC),  Dr. Brant will provide analysis for medical and nursing care review merit and medical record review for adherence for standard of care in hospitals and long-term care; for both plaintiff and defense cases. She will help you the attorney make sense of the senseless, and find the facts in the story for each individual case.
